Louise started out working for an estate agent where she grew her passion for Mortgages.

She quickly moved on into the banking industry where she was given the opportunity to take her exams and become fully qualified. After 8 years she moved into being a Mortgage Broker.

In this time Louise won the EVA Awards 2019 in the Professional Services category and continues to grow the business.

Louise maintains excellent relationships with her existing clients and strives to deliver outstanding customer service to both existing and new clients alike.

Luke came to work alongside Louise mid-way through 2018.

After seeing that Louise needed a helping hand he decided that now would be the right time to step into a new role and study for his exams and take the step to becoming fully qualified. Luke’s main role is to work pro-actively with Louise and the mortgage lenders to ensure that mortgage applications move to offer as quickly as possible for the benefit of our clients.

Luke also works with solicitors when mortgage offers have been released to ensure that property purchases and re-mortgages move to completion as quickly as possible.

He regularly offers our clients updates to make the process as simple as possible and assists in any queries they may have as well as overseeing all aspects concerning the running of the office.

Rebecca started her career working in a high street bank 25 years ago and quickly found that Mortgages were something she was pasionate about.

After 18 years as a Mortgage adviser in banking Rebecca needed something more as she was restricted by 1 banks set of criteria and decided to take the leap and become a Mortgage & Protection Broker.

Rebecca is now fully enjoying having more lenders and will go the extra mile to make sure her clients are fully looked after.

Dan began his career in protection in 2011 and worked his way up to become Sales Manager, leading a team of 25. While managing a large team was a valuable experience, becoming a dad in 2023 reshaped his priorities and inspired him to work more personally with clients, building lasting relationships rather than focusing purely on numbers.

As both a professional and a parent, Dan understands the importance of having the right protection in place for the future. He specialises in life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and business protection helping customers protect what matters most to them.

He prides himself on keeping things simple and jargon-free. For him, it’s about ensuring you are insured correctly understand everything, but also personally so you always have someone there if you ever need anything.
