Louise started out working for an estate agent where she grew her passion for Mortgages.

She quickly moved on into the banking industry where she was given the opportunity to take her exams and become fully qualified. After 8 years she moved into being a Mortgage Broker.

In this time Louise won the EVA Awards 2019 in the Professional Services category and continues to grow the business.

Louise maintains excellent relationships with her existing clients and strives to deliver outstanding customer service to both existing and new clients alike.

Luke came to work alongside Louise mid-way through 2018.

After seeing that Louise needed a helping hand he decided that now would be the right time to step into a new role and study for his exams and take the step to becoming fully qualified. Luke’s main role is to work pro-actively with Louise and the mortgage lenders to ensure that mortgage applications move to offer as quickly as possible for the benefit of our clients.

Luke also works with solicitors when mortgage offers have been released to ensure that property purchases and re-mortgages move to completion as quickly as possible.

He regularly offers our clients updates to make the process as simple as possible and assists in any queries they may have as well as overseeing all aspects concerning the running of the Mortgages By Louise Wood office.

Having worked in the finance industry for over 10 years and having built up a wealth of knowledge in both mortgages and protection, I decided to join forces with the team here at Mortgages By Louise so that I can help property buyers and sort clients out with their remortgages in and around the Lancashire area. I offer a flexible friendly service for all residential and buy to let needs.

Having a family myself I understand the importance of being flexible with appointments to fit around my clients busy lives. I can take care of everything from start to finish to simplify the process and make it as easy as possible for everyone involved.

I believe that making sure the whole package is covered is particularly important in my client journey. I like to make sure that not only can you get the house of your dreams you can also stay in it no matter what happens in the future.
